St. Max CYO

Welcome to the CYO team sports platform - Sports Engine.  St. Max will be using this platform for all sports' registrations.  This replaces the SportsSignUpPlay platform which had been used for registrations. 


In addition, the platform may be used by each team for scheduling, team record and standings, team updates and communications, etc.  Note, this additional functionality, in its entirety, may be rolled out at a later date.


CYO fundraising fee.  Beginning with Winter Sports registration, each family will be required to pay a once-per-school year fundraising fee of $65 per family.  This fee will cover the fundraising costs for the year for each family so that we do not have to ask you for contributions so often throughout the year.  In exchange for the fee, you will receive one ticket to the beef and beer fundraiser (additional ticket(s) can be purchased here:  This fee only applies to families registering one or more children for JV, V or HS basketball and will not apply to clinics.  Please email Board President Jim Nelson ( or Treasurer Dan Keenan ( with questions about the annual fundraising fee.


Discount for multi-child registration.  If you register three or more children in the same season for an official CYO sport, a discount of $50 will be applied.  This discount will apply by season.  


Scholarships.  Scholarships are available for families with a financial need.  If you would like to register your child for a sport but are experiencing financial difficulty, a scholarship may be available.  Please email for more information.


Please review the refund policy.  It is not necessary to purchase the payment protection/insurance.
